Slime is not edible. Please keep away from small children and pets as well as any fabrics. The main ingredients for our slimes are PVA glue, borax (sodium tetraborate), cosmetic-grade fragrance oil, and vegetable glycerin. They may also contain unscented lotion, unscented foaming hand soap, fake snow, plastic snow, or air dry clay for our slimes. These are all safe to touch, unless you have a specific allergy. If you are allergic to these any of these ingredients, we recommend that you do not purchase!

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped! All shipping overages over $1 are refunded after label has been purchased.

Help! I wrote the wrong address!
Email info@eggieslime.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, we can't make any changes. We print shipping labels from the information you provide us, so we are not responsible for order with incorrect address or incomplete address.

 Do you ship internationally?Â
Yes, we ship almost everywhere in the world. Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at check out.
NOTE: International shipments will take longer than domestic ones (US). Additional customs fees may apply which. Customers are 100% responsible for all duties, taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee, and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.Â

Help! My package is lost/stolen!
Since your package was already shipped out and USPS officially claimed delivery, we unfortunately no longer have control over the process. As such, please contact your local USPS at 800-522-9085 to help locate your package, supplying the tracking number associated with your order. If after a week, your package is still haven't arrived, you can file a missing mail request on the USPS website and they will help locate the package for you.

 Can I return or exchange my order?Â
We don't accept returns or exchanges. All products are final sale.Â
We may replace or offer partial-full refunds for products damaged during shipping. These are evaluated on a case by case basis, and refunds are not guaranteed because Eggie Slime is not responsible for packages once they have shipped. Please contact us with a photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged.Â
